I am so thankful that you are interested in ordering a one-of-a-kind piece of pottery.  I have not wanted to complicate my life and go back to the responsibility of owning a business, so there are some unique factors here.  First of all, you'll have to contact me through the form on this site and then we can either chat over the phone or continue through emails so that I can know exactly what piece(s) you are interested in.

You may also request special orders and mix up glaze colors and impressions, and I will give you my honest opinion as to whether I can meet your request or not.

If you are local, or within a reasonable distance I would be willing to deliver items to save on shipping costs, depending on the distance and amount of the order. I will then ask for a money order from you made out to the non-profit of my choosing, so that no funds go to me, but only to charity. If I have to ship items, I'll have to figure that amount and how I should handle that separately.

If you are really local, you may come to my studio by appointment and see an assortment of current work, if you like.  The payment for my work going directly to a non-profit allows me to not have to collect & file state sales tax. I accept cash, with which I will purchase a money order made out to a non-profit, or a money order purchased by you and made out to the organization of my choosing.  The idea, is for no actual monies coming to me, because I am not a business, but a ministry.

Penland & Sons Department Store in downtown Marshall, NC has a large variety of my work for sale. It is a quaint "old timey" store that's neat to browse. I do have to mark up items because of the commission taken out, but still, it's nice to see things in person, and even hold them.

My website is designed to help show the work I do and explain the ministry that it is. As I've stated in my bio, I am not a production potter and not in the business of selling pottery to make a living, I only want to use this adventure as a ministry that will bring joy to both the purchaser and the eventual receiver of it's fruits. So I hope my unusual way of handling sales won't dissuade you, but rather encourage you to connect with me and help someone you will probably never meet, while choosing a unique and hand-made gift for yourself or someone you love.

Please fill out this form with your contact information and what you are interested in ordering and I will be in touch. Thanks for your interest!
